Private Dog Park
The private dog park will offer a secure, enclosed space where dogs can enjoy outdoor enrichment without the stress or unpredictability of traditional public dog parks. This space will be ideal for reactive, selective, or easily overstimulated dogs who benefit from structured, low‑stimulation movement and play. Access will be available through scheduled private rentals or supervised sessions, allowing dogs to safely explore, decompress, and engage with their environment while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
Premium Boarding
Alongside the park, we plan to introduce a **premium home‑style boarding experience** for dogs who struggle in conventional kennel or high‑volume boarding facilities. Boarding will feature oversized, room‑like suites designed to feel calm and comfortable rather than institutional. The focus will be on low stimulation, individualized care, and predictable routines. As with all services, meet‑and‑greets and thorough screening will be required to ensure safety and the best possible fit. Our long‑term goal is to create thoughtfully designed environments where dogs can relax, decompress, and receive attentive, informed care—while giving owners confidence that their dog’s unique needs are being respected.

Our Why
Kait’s Kanine Services is grounded in real‑world experience with dogs who do not fit neatly into traditional care models. As owners of a dog‑selective dog who is not suited for group environments, we understand why many facilities fail dogs who are not aggressive but cannot tolerate chaotic settings, high noise levels, or unstructured social interactions. We also have firsthand experience living with a leash‑reactive dog who requires intentional handling, environmental awareness, and structured outings to move through the world safely and successfully. This lived experience directly informs our approach to decompression walks, trigger management, enrichment planning, and low‑stimulation care. By combining professional pet care with informed, empathetic handling, Kait’s Kanine Services fills a critical gap in the industry—offering safe, supportive, and intentional services for an often underserved population of dogs.
Kaitlyn was wonderful with our boy! Dougie has a lot of things going on between his reactivity and daily meds, but I was completely at ease knowing he was being cared for in the comfort of our own home. Doug can take a while to warm up to new people, but he was already snuggling up to her and wouldn’t leave her side on their first day together which just tells me how great she is with him right away. 🤎
